The annual Waveney Gardeners Club Summer show took place on the 17th and 18th August at Carlton Colville Community Centre.
While the numbers of exhibits were a little down on last year, visitor numbers were up! With entries in most of the 145 classes, those who came along enjoyed displays of flowers, fruit, vegetables, photography, and cookery.
It was great to speak to people interested in joining the club and we hope to see some new members at our meetings in the coming months.
Thank you to everyone who came to support the club by eating cake, taking part in the tombola and purchasing plants. The money raised will go towards another year of interesting speakers and venue hire for club meetings.
